We have a team of people working behind the scenes to prepare for Sundays, events and generally helping us Grow, Show and Share Jesus’ love. Some of the things they do are…
Enabling serving
Plan rosters for each term and communicating them to the church family
Working with ministry coordinators (especially Kids, Music) to support them coordinating their service areas
Check weekly rosters for gaps and find people who can fill them
Help with finding people who can serve
Supporting church processes
Help with church processes like following up and integrating newcomers, or connecting people with Home Groups
Supporting communications
Helping prepare announcements, emails, slides and other written communication
Organising printing and collection of fliers and other handouts
Identifying opportunities to communicate better as a church family
Supporting logistics
Ensuring supplies are purchased and delivered for kitchens, welcome areas, cleaning equipment, etc
Helping book and coordinate contractors for inspections and other needs (eg. first aid restocking)
Supporting information entry and finance
Assisting with information collection (and entry?) for databases or finance tracking
