Care For the Students

  • Pray for the kids during the week

  • Learn the kids’ names

  • Prioritise your time to be with them

  • Remember what you spoke about and develop ongoing conversations

  • Capitalise on opportunities to talk about Jesus

Care For the Lesson

  • Pray for the lesson during the week

  • Review material and ensure you have resources to teach

  • Be trustworthy and reliable: being on time, fully prepared etc.

  • Manage behaviour appropriately (following all Pressafe requirements)

Care For the Team

  • Pray for the other leaders

  • Look for opportunities to be an encouragement to others

  • Share the load: share resources, coordinate swaps

Total time expected: 3 hours a week including Shore Hope Kids
